How to Apply
- Prep nails, apply Bond-Aid pH Balancing Agent, then Super Base. Cure 30 seconds.
- Apply two thin coats of Nessa-Ist Rose, curing 30 seconds after each.
- Apply Super Gloss Top Coat, cure 30 seconds, then wipe tacky layer.
- Finish with ProSpa Nail and Cuticle Oil massaged into cuticles.
