How to Apply
- Apply a thin layer of OPI Super Base Base Coat, cap the free edge, and cure for 30 seconds.
- Apply a thin coat of Happy Play-ce, cap the free edge, and cure for 30 seconds. Repeat with a second coat.
- Apply OPI Super Gloss Top Coat, cap the free edge, and cure for 30 seconds.
- Wipe nails with OPI Cleansing Solution to remove residue.
- Finish with a drop of cuticle oil massaged into the base of each nail.
